  • Director of Elevate Sports

    Status: Part-time, hourly (10–15 hr/wk to start; intended to grow with the program)

    Pay: $20–30 per hour, 9 months per year.

    Position Summary

    The Director of Elevate Sports provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Montecito Covenant Church’s Elevate Sports program, which currently includes elementary basketball and junior high volleyball and has potential for further expansion. The Director oversees program growth, volunteer management, financial operations, and community engagement—ensuring Elevate Sports fulfills its mission of building community, developing character, and sharing the love of Christ through sports.

    This role is designed to grow with the program. As Elevate Sports expands, the Director will take on additional responsibilities and hours, ultimately leading the program year-round.

  • Program Coordinator: Elevate Volleyball

    Status: Part-time, hourly (Seasonal, up to 10hrs/week)

    Pay: $18–20 per hour

    Position Summary

    The Program Coordinator of Elevate Volleyball provides leadership and operational oversight for Montecito Covenant Church’s Elevate Sports volleyball program. Currently structured as volleyball clinics for youth in grades 5–8, the program aims to build community, develop character, and share the love of Christ through sports.

    The Program Coordinator manages program execution, volunteer leadership, and community engagement while ensuring a safe, organized, and faith-informed environment. This role is designed to grow with the program, with potential for expanded hours and responsibilities as Elevate Volleyball develops into a recurring seasonal and year-round offering.

    This is a seasonal position, beginning several months prior to the start of programming and concluding within one month of the program’s close.

  • Program Coordinator: The Bridge

    Status: Part-time, up to 10 hours/week

    Pay: $16.50-16.90/hr

    Position Summary

    Provide leadership and support for The Bridge, Montecito Covenant Church (MCC)’s midweek ministry for pre-teen and junior high school students (7th–8th grade), fostering a safe, welcoming space where students explore faith and community.

    NOTE: This position is conditional upon acceptance into Westmont College’s Ministry LeadershipInternship class, APP 190.
